Party Wall Awards

If you are carrying out work to the party wall or excavating foundations within certain distances of your neighbour, it is essential that the relevant notices are issued and Party Wall Awards made.  The Award will protect both sides in the event of a dispute arising.  It is normal for each owner to appoint their own surveyor; however, in certain circumstances where the works are straightforward we can act as the Agreed Surveyor.
